      <description><![CDATA[<p>Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, March 2, 2010 &#8211; Hospital Physician Partners, an industry leader in <br />

Emergency and Hospitalist Medicine management, announced today record growth in 2009 with <br />

the addition of 26 new contracts, including five new contracts resulting from the acquisition of <br />

Southern Medical Partners, L.L.C. in the third quarter of 2009. </p>

	<p>Growth in 2009 included new Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist Medicine contracts in North <br />

Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Alabama, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Texas and <br />

Kentucky. </p>

	<p>This growth helped broaden Hospital Physician Partners strong business base in emergency <br />

department (ED) and Hospitalist in-patient program management and accounted for an <br />

additional 400,000 patients nationally. </p>

	<p><em>Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, April 6, 2009</em> Hospital Physician Partners, a national Medical Management company specializing in Emergency and Hospitalist Medicine practice management, announced today the addition of eight new hospital partnerships in the first quarter of 2009.</p>

	<p>The contracts were awarded to Hospital Physician Partners for management of Emergency Department services which encompass clinical and operational management, physician recruitment, and billing. The new contracted hospitals include:</p>

		<li>Northeast Regional Medical Center, Kirksville, MO</li>
	</ul>
